Linux-native asynchronous I/O access library

Provides access to the kernel system-calls io_setup, io_submit, io_getevents, io_cancel, io_destroy. These comprise the "Linux AIO" interface. This is similar to "Posix AIO", the major difference being lightweight scalable completion notification.
